Accounting Office Administrator
- Your day starts with the posting of car deals delivered the previous day
- You will break that deal down to banking documents / DMV documents / trades / warranties
- You will be trained to close the daily cash deposit & learn how to receipt checks for Accts Receivable.
- Take the daily trade in titles, complete the backs / fill out the paperwork / apply for duplicate titles when title is absent
- You will learn to review the Reporting of Deliveries / Review the required GM Documents for the rebates applied for
- This job applies online for the NYSERDA EV rebates on the IRS website
- You will be expected to post the GM Incentive Memos
- Daily mail to keep updated / keeping up with email requests for intercompany and wholesale departments

Qualifications
The person for this task will need to be organized, be able to manage their time well. You have to be able to work well with others, being that we share work often due to the volume. We are all crossed trained to assist in each other's positions, so your desk needs to be in a pickup / put down if anyone has to jump in. You will be introduced to every aspect of the accounting office and eventually learn any / all tasks handled within the office. It is imperative to have the staff well rounded to be able to not only have personal growth, but it also strengthens the office to be able to keep things moving in someone's absence. You will be surrounded by years of experience in the automotive business.
Salary : $16 - $25
