Duties:
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Data Entry
- Accounts Payables/Receivables
- Accounting background a plus (May include cost accounting and payroll)
Perform various duties such as but not limited to: answering phones, sorting mail, filing
Qualifications:
- Quickbooks Experience
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
