Collision Shop Manager

We are looking for a self motivated and reliable individual to manage a great team of people in our Buick GMC collision shop. We must promote great customer service and back that up with quality repairs. This position will require the knowledge to keep up with new industry standards and trends. You must be able to complete an estimate in CCC1 and set and understand the repair plan for that vehicle. All repairs must be performed using manufacturer procedures. You will need to maintain existing and promote new Insurance company relationships. It is imperative that you can adapt to our ever changing business and keep up with training and certifications. This position is 7:30 AM to 5 PM weekdays.

Must have a NYS Independent appraisers license

Must have at least 5 years of automotive experience

Must have knowledge of the CCC1 estimating platform
