Descriptions of Duties:
Provide top-notch 24/7 support to ensure all systems are up and functioning correctly and end-users can perform computer-related tasks at local and remote offices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Install and troubleshoot 3rd party software packages
- Troubleshoot networking issues
- End-user training
- Assist the System Administrator in bringing projects to a successful conclusion
- Maintain accurate network documentation
Requirements:
- Must have 2 years of strong working knowledge and hands-on experience supporting a large desktop computer environment, both hardware and software.
- A or Microsoft certifications preferred
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, providing descriptive and timely updates, both verbal and written, for all assigned incidents to IT management and staff.
- Must understand complex and multi-faceted internal customer relationships and deliver quality service to all customers.
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- Thrives in an environment that is flexible, dynamic, fast-paced and quickly changing
