PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key Results Area #1 Assist Student Experience Director in planning and executing student focused events
- Key Results Area #2 Build relationships with students
- Spend time with students (could include lunches, on campus sports events, concerts, etc.)
- Be alert to the needs of students
- Be an initial point of contact for students who need spiritual, emotional, or academic support or life coaching
- Meet with assigned students for Bible study or life coaching
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Enjoys working with middle and high school students
- Spiritual maturity
- Ability to help be
COMPUTER SKILLS (Listed specific programs desired):
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Power Point
- Google Sheets, Docs, Slides
- Canva (online version)
- Adobe products
