An illuminating multi-sensory experience that takes guests on a journey into the music, message, history and vision of Bob Marley’s life through engaging interactive installations.  

The Sales Manager is a key player in the success of Bob Marley Hope Road, a groundbreaking new entertainment experience at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. This role is responsible for driving ticket sales, group bookings, and partnership opportunities by building meaningful relationships with travel trade, hospitality, corporate clients, front-line hotel staff, and internal property partners. Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and the broader marketing team, this position executes proactive sales strategies that maximize attendance, revenue, and overall guest engagement. 

The ideal candidate is an energetic and resourceful sales professional with a passion for live entertainment and the Las Vegas market. They thrive in fast-paced environments, build lasting relationships with ease, and know how to creatively identify and close new business opportunities. Based in Las Vegas, NV, this position will be onsite as business needs dictate. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Sales Strategy: Proactively develop and execute strategies to drive individual, group, and corporate ticket sales. 
• Front-Line Outreach: Build trusted relationships with front-line hotel property staff, including concierge teams, bell desks, valets, and front desks to drive guest referrals and on-property sales. 
• Partnership Development: Cultivate connections with internal property departments such as casino marketing, property marketing, and VIP services to maximize collaborative opportunities. 
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with hotel partners, travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, corporate event planners, and ticketing partners. 
• Local Market Engagement: Represent Bob Marley Hope Road at networking events, trade shows, and within the Las Vegas hospitality and entertainment communities. 
• Ticketing Partnerships: Manage outreach to box offices, ticketing platforms, and local entertainment sellers. 
• Group & Corporate Sales: Identify and close opportunities for group experiences, corporate events, and special activations. 
• Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reporting to the Director of Marketing, offering insights and recommendations. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on promotions, guest experience, and group logistics. 
• Market Intelligence: Stay current on Las Vegas trends, entertainment industry developments, and competitive landscape. 
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Bob Marley Hope Road with enthusiasm and professionalism at all times. 

Education/Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, business, or a related field preferred; 
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or live events; 
• Existing relationships within the Las Vegas tourism, hospitality, and property-level networks strongly preferred. 

Additional Duties/Job Skills 

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills. 
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for live experiences. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing platforms is a plus. 
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; 
• Adaptability to evolving sales opportunities and market shifts; 
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams; 
• Professional appearance and demeanor; 
• Ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass a chemical dependency drug test as required; 
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job, including navigating through crowds and standing for extended periods of time. 

Compensation/Additional Information 

Expected salary range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. TTP Entertainment also offers excellent medical, dental and vision insurance, plus additional paid time off. 

This role is based in Las Vegas, NV and operates in a full-time in-person capacity. This individual is expected to work primarily onsite at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
