Job Overview:
Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers is looking to expand the Business Development Center and is looking for a rep that is a team player. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. This is an essential role in the dealership as it is crucial to the daily traffic in and out of the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and text.
- Utilize dealership software to track customer interactions and sales leads and schedule appointments.
- Work with Sales Managers and with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment preferred
- Understanding that this is a full time job and you need to be at the dealership for it to work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ecomm is lifeblood of the dealership and when this position fails everything bogs down so we are looking for someone who will dedicate to being the best they can be at the job.
