Job Summary
Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. We have had a ton of growth the last couple of years and need helping taking it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience as a high speed service advsor and customer relations, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services offered, including oil changes, mechanical repairs, and other automotive services.
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare service orders and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Offer recommendations for additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Keep up with Mazda training and keep the high CSI standards that we have come to expect.
