The Penkhus family has operated for almost 70 years in Colorado Springs and Bob Penkhus Mazda at Powers has made a lot of changes and is growing. We are selective about who we bring in to the organization and we are looking for an additional Service Consultant to work our our process and make a great income.
We need
*Self Starters who want to work the system and want to make money
*Team Players who show up on time and ready to work
*Individuals who want to work their craft and become great at the business
Responsibilities
*Working with customers through the process of purchasing a car and working our Process
*Following up with customers and making sure we lose no business over lack of communication
*Consistent training in our process and the Mazda brand
Since we keep a smaller staff we require more from our employees to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and make sure that everybody has a chance to make money.
