Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the service department to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and other department staff.
- Maintain and improve service processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Develop and implement service marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage department financials, including budgeting and achieving revenue goals.
- Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive service management, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive services and repairs.
- Mazda or import knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
