Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of Field Safety Supervisor.
As a Safety Supervisor, you will actively participate in weekly safety meetings, lead training sessions, and provide ongoing support to our teams to promote a culture of safety across all job sites. You will work closely with field teams and other members of the safety team to ensure that our company maintains the highest standards of safety. This position is primarily based out of our Fife warehouse. This role requires travel to job sites throughout the Puget Sound area and visits to our Woodinville office as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive wage $60,000 - $65,000 annually, DOE

Job Duties will include:
- Conduct regular on-site safety inspections and proactively identify safety hazards.
- Use database to track and report site safety inspection information.
- Develop strong working relationships with field teams to support and encourage a zero-incident culture.
- Assist with accident investigations and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Monitor job safety, assess risks, and assist with safety reporting.
- Assist with vehicle safety protocols and management.
- Collect and maintain accurate safety data for reporting purposes (daily, weekly, monthly metrics).
The Safety Supervisor must have the following qualifications::
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Coursework, certification, or degree in Occupational Safety and Health preferred
- 1-2 years of safety related experience is preferred
Certifications:
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- CPR/First Aid Trainer Certification.
- Fall Protection Training a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Awareness of basic construction practices.
- Awareness of safe jobsite practices.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Ability and willingness to be a team player.
- High-level communication skills and ability to interact with peers, management and customers.
- Work well in a high paced, multi-tasking, team environment.
- Strong literacy and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Ability to stay organized
