The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Paid Search Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on Shopping campaigns and secondary focus on Search ads. You will work closely with our external feed expert consultant to execute strategies, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce advertising and paid media, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll play a key role in scaling our paid search efforts across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other potential platforms, ensuring our campaigns align with business goals and drive maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Shopping and Search campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Execution of Strategies: Collaborate with our feed expert consultant to implement recommendations and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Feed Optimization: While not a core requirement, familiarity with feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics) and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
- Cross-Channel Management: Manage and optimize Bing Ads campaigns, with the potential to scale efforts based on performance. Explore opportunities in other paid media channels to expand our reach.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the CMO and CEO, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on Shopping campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing large budgets and driving measurable ROI in e-commerce advertising and paid media.
- Expertise in campaign creation, management, and optimization across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and feed management tools (e.g., Feedonomics) is a required.
- Experience managing Bing Ads.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external consultants.
- Google Ads certifications are highly desirable.
