My client, RG ProBuilders, with headquarters in Battle Ground, WA, (Portland, OR Metro) and offices in the Phoenix, AZ Metro area, is seeking a highly ethical leader who always operates from the highest levels of integrity. A life-long learner, this leader is creative, innovative and growth-oriented. Highly articulate this strong communicator is persuasive and able to quickly and accurately discover customer needs.
The duties and responsibilities of this empathetic person include, but are not limited to, solving problems and seeking solutions through root-cause analysis, planning sales calls, and using the company’s sales processes to evaluate new business opportunities and discovering customer needs and serving as a contributing member of the Leadership Team.
This self-starter must have :
- work experience in the Construction Industry
- a proven & documented successful sales track record
- at least 5 years of sales experience
- a clean driving record
