- Respond promptly and effectively to all incoming communication via calls, texts, chats, and emails.
- Understand and cater to customer needs, facilitating appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
- Consistently meet daily outbound communication targets to potential customers using our proven sales processes.
- Efficiently utilize our customer management software (VinSolutions) to track interactions and follow up effectively.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers as well as team members and management to ensure optimal service.
