What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boba Tea Barista position at Boba tea?
Job Responsibilities:
Looking for candidates that can work full time/part time position or just weekends candidates
- Cook boba according to Mochi XO policy
- Brew teas according to Mochi XO procedure supervisor or manager's request
- Greet customers and take drink orders in a professional & kindly manner
- Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card
- Deliver excellent customer service to our customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including equipment and appliances, floors, and counters
- Clean equipment, mop floor, taking out recycling and other sanitation duties
- Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs of Mochi XO
- Ensure that all drinks are consistently prepared and served according to Mochi XO recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
