Compensation:

Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour

What to Expect:

✅ All training takes place at our Woodinville location.
✅ A structured training program is provided, with the potential for an accelerated timeline based on individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master Bobae’s menu and stay up-to-date with new drink creations.
• Perform a variety of in-store tasks as assigned by the manager.
• Prepare high-quality drinks with precision and integrity.
• Work efficiently under time constraints while maintaining accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with customers—remembering regulars' names and orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards daily.
• Ensure all ingredients and products are consistently stocked.
• Commit to ongoing training and continued education.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while executing tasks with excellence.
• Stay composed under pressure, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Embody and promote Bobae’s values in all actions.
• Demonstrate outstanding work ethic—friendly, proactive, punctual, and a strong team player.

What We Need from You:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Open availability, including weekends. (We are not hiring seasonal employees.)
• No prior coffee/tea experience required! We will train the right person.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Food Handler Certification is required before starting.
• Quick learner with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving ability.
