- Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables efficiently
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in processing payments using POS systems
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and service excellence
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, restaurant, food service, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of guest services and hospitality best practices
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
