Summary:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team. Are you a proactive, confident self-starter that utilizes subject matter expertise to obtain sales goals? We are searching for an individual that strives to be the best in their field through hard-work, determination, and grit. Someone that can network at lunch, inspect a building in the afternoon, and close the deal by the end of the day. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new and manage existing accounts.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, expos, and marketing events.
- Drive sales through prospecting building owners, property managers, facility managers, etc.
- Utilize CRM database daily for management of accounts, scheduling, proposal development, and recording sales activities.
- General sales activities may include cold calls, site visits, inspections, networking, etc.
- Estimate service work with thorough details, utilizing different systems.
- Provide operations team with necessary details for work orders.
- Perform roof leak inspections, building damage inspections and general construction requests.
- Meet weekly with Service Operations Manager.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
Required Knowledge, Experience & Competencies:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing applications.
- Knowledge of commercial construction materials and repairs.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans or ability to learn.
- Ability to thoroughly inspect properties and provide necessary details.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Ability to remove a ladder from truck, set up ladder and climb ladder safely to access roofs for service evaluation.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems.
- Knowledge of commercial construction materials.
- Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 – 90 lbs.
- Willing to complete all pre-employment background check, physical and drug screens.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Work Format:
This position requires team collaboration and presence at in-person meetings and is best suited to a traditional work schedule. Occasional remote work is acceptable.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel (10-15%) to meetings and events, typically within a 150-mile radius of the office.
- Occasional travel to various job site locations as needed for photography or milestone events.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50-90 lbs. as needed to handle general office related items, including copy paper, laptop, etc..
- Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to see well (naturally or with correction).
- Ability to work at Heights.
