Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Director:
- Support the Store Director in achieving sales goals and driving business success.
- Deliver top-tier styling experiences to every customer.
- Assist with booking and hosting events, including (GNO's) and in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect our brand aesthetic.
- Oversee store operations when the Store Director is on PTO.
- Ensure operational excellence in customer profiling, inventory management, and store procedures.
- Engage in marketing efforts, including social media and inventory preparation.
