Colonial Country Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Cart and Range Attendants. Home to a Gene Hamm designed 18 hole golf course for more than 50 years, Colonial Country Club is a private club steeped in tradition and known for its well-appointed amenities providing family-friendly programming and superior member service. Located in Thomasville, North Carolina, just moments away from the Piedmont Triad, Colonial Country Club is a family-oriented club with an extensive pool complex, fine dining, and a multitude of activities.
Responsibilities of the Cart and Range Attendant at Colonial Country Club include:
- Completing daily opening or closing procedures.
- Hand picking certain areas of the short game area.
- Touring the cart staging area, bag drop, and driving range several times an hour to ensure it is operating accordingly.
- Keeping the golf carts organized and clean with pencils, scorecards, tees, etc.
- Checks golf carts for damage and washes carts on a daily basis.
- Responsible for daily operations of range ball recovery utilizing both mechanical and hand machinery and equipment.
- Assisting the Head Golf Professional with the cart staging during all tournament operations.

- Walk and stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; up to 75 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move heavy objects.

- Be exposed to outside weather conditions including temperatures over 90 and below 40 degrees.
- Work near: moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic or caustic chemicals.
