Green Oaks Country Club, located in Verona, Pennsylvania, and managed by Bobby Jones Links, is hiring for Line/Prep Cooks. Green Oaks Country Club is home to a beautifally manicured Donald Ross designed 18-hole, par 71 golf course.
Responsibilities of the Line/Prep Cook at Green Oaks Country Club include:
- Operates cooking equipment such as griddles, grills, or deep fryers.
- Prepares and cooks food according to directives; verifies the quality and quantity of all orders.
- Plates prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
- Works with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Team player.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Prior completion of food safety coursework preferred.
