What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative- Mercedes-Benz of Wexford position at Bobby Rahal Automotive Group - Pittsburgh?
As we continue to grow, Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company is looking for a Cashier to join the team in our Service department! Hours for this position are Monday-Thursday, 7am-4pm; Friday 7am-6pm. No nights or weekends!
As a Cashier, you will:
- Warmly greet all clients and assist them with paying their service and/or parts invoice.
- Use our multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
- Process sales receipts.
- Do general, office type duties like emailing, copying, filing, and faxing.
- Help team members in the Service department as needed.
What are the general requirements of a Cashier?
- Must be successful at providing outstanding customer service to our clients!
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic math skills and ability to count currency.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate payment processing system.
