A Store Leader is responsible for leading with the best customer service skills, recruiting, hiring, and educating team members, pulling, and analyzing reports, merchandising and inventory control. Store managers also inspire and motivate the team to provide the best in customer service, complete tasks as assigned and encourage suggestive selling to meet goals and timelines. In addition, they also maintain equipment, troubleshoot transaction issues, as well as inspecting task completion of team members. Store Leaders also promote and lead a culture of financial accountability and honesty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
