Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue and profitability performance
- Develop a business strategy by coordinating with other Company leaders
- Market products to meet customer demands
- Identify high potential equipment for purchase
- Coordinate with management team to improve current processes
- Responsible for fleet maintenance
- Gather information on industry competitors
- Provide product demonstrations to potential customers
- Establish professional relationships with current and potential customers
- Provide product support for all units offered to rent
Education & Experience:
- Valid driver’s license. CDL designation is a plus
- High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business required
- Strong communication skills
- Rental Industry experience preferred
- Ability to operate a pickup truck with a trailer a plus
- Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful
- A degree in business management preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
