Bobcat of Indy is a full service Bobcat Dealership. We specialize in new, used, and rental compact excavators, skid steer loaders, and track loaders. We offers parts as well as both mobile and shop service, and a full line of concrete supplies.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Credit Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer and sales records, assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Monday - Friday dayshift
$20-23/hr depending on expereince
Responsibilities

Answer phone for admin office, evaluate A/R for account over rides and make collection calls on assigned A/R accounts.

Process Experian commercial and consumer credit reports for credit worthiness of new and existing accounts.

Accept and process credit card and check by phone payments.

Process credits, refunds and application of funds on accounts. Reconcile A/R accounts as necessary.

Prepare daily deposits of payments on account and credit card payments received on account.

Maintain Certificates of Insurance for rental accounts and issue Damage Waiver credits when necessary.

Assist with MSO/Titles for vehicles, trailers, air compressors and other equipment as required.

Also responsible for coordination of company owned vehicle registration, insurance cards, emissions notifications, recalls and related items.

Assist in the equipment finance process as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
