As Regional Director of Operations serving the Ocala and Jacksonville stores, you will act as a key leadership figure, tasked with steering operational excellence in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role emphasizes driving rental revenue growth, expanding market share, fostering coworker development, and ensuring the service departments deliver exceptional quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will adeptly balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic initiatives, all while cultivating a culture rooted in care, collaboration, and high performance.
Business Hours : 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday through Friday

Job Duties :
Drive Rental Revenue growth by :
Implementing and executing strategies to maximize rental revenue across both locations while achieving key financial metrics (i.e. Financial Utilization).
Developing and overseeing initiatives to expand market presence and capture greater market share in both sales and rentals.
Coworker Development :
Support mentoring coworkers, fostering professional growth and leadership development opportunities.
Ensure both locations are properly staffed with highly skilled and motivated team members.
Strengthening and Managing Service Departments :
Oversee service departments to ensure they deliver high-quality, efficient, and reliable service to customers while balancing our business model including rental-first focus.
Lead and support Location Managers (LMs) and Sales Teams in Ocala and Jacksonville, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, fully understand The Leppo Way.
