As part of a large dealer enterprise with 75 years of industry experience and 7 Bobcat dealerships, you will have access to an extensive array of resources, including comprehensive training programs, detailed handbooks, and a supportive network of colleagues with specialized roles. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the dealership operations, overseeing financial performance, leading and developing a high-performing team of employees, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and provide leadership to employees
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve profit and sales objectives
- Manage the branch's P&L, including equipment, rental, parts, service, and supplies
- Foster a customer-focused culture and ensure exceptional customer service is provided
- Ensure all employees follow company procedures and maintain high standards of professionalism
- Control inventories for equipment, parts, and rental
- Manage staffing levels, performance, and employee development programs
- Continually recommend and implement improvements to company policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our network of dealerships to drive growth and success for the organization
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in construction equipment, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with financial statements
- Proven sales background, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
