What Youβll Do
π οΈ Assist in engineering projects related to manufacturing and product design
π Analyze and interpret data to improve processes and efficiency
π Troubleshoot and solve production or mechanical issues
ποΈ Support manufacturing teams by working on process optimization and workflow improvements
π Document engineering changes, technical reports, and process updates
β Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
π€ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance
Education & Experience
π Currently pursuing a bachelorβs or masterβs degree in mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering fields
πΌ Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering projects, or hands-on mechanical work is a plus but not required
Skills & Qualifications
π Technical & Communication Skills:
β Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
β Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations
π» Computer & Software Skills
β Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
β Ability to analyze and manage engineering data
π Mathematical & Analytical Skills
β Understanding of engineering principles, probability, statistics, and process optimization
β Ability to apply calculations, ratios, and technical analysis to solve real-world problems
Physical Demands
ποΈ Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
πΆββοΈ Walk and stand in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
