What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Human Resources position at Boca Recovery Center?
1. Implement onboarding and offboarding procedures.
2. Hire and onboard new employees including sending offer letters, sending for drug tests, background checks, contacting references, prior employers.
3. Creates and manages all employee logins within the BRC systems used i.e., Bayside, Paychex, Gmail, really.
4. Oversees HR systems and operations including payroll system, benefits, and staffing.
5. Handles employee relations, compensation, benefits, health, and safety.
6. Ensures compliance within Massachusetts and other credentialing bodies
7. Processes payrolls for all employees-- W2 and contracted employees
8. Abide by pre-employment requirement laws per state when hiring new staff.
9. Handles all grievance forms, disciplinary action forms, and policy enforcement documentation.
10. Consistently communicates with executives and management regarding HR personnel files.
11. Organizes evaluations and trainings to provide to supervisors for their employees based on hire dates.
12. Reporting, documenting, and auditing- Staff surveys, flu declinations, employment agreements, CEU trainings, competencies, health files, etcetera.
13. Conducts exit interviews with employees separating from the company.
14. Adhere to Code of Ethics.
15. Being sensitive to Cultural issues of all employees
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
