Available positions within the Spa and Fitness Departments:
- Fitness Receptionist
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Front Desk Management: Greet and attend to members, guests, and staff with a warm and refined demeanor. Manage the Live Well reception area to ensure it is up to standard and provides a welcoming and positive environment for all that visit.
· Hospitality/Member Service: Be mindful and assist members, guests, and staff with professionalism and ownership. Provide information about the Club’s and department services and policies and guide them to the best of your ability.
· Communication: Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or personnel. Take and relay messages accurately.
· Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate Live Well event reservations and wellness consultations. Assist members as needed to ensure a positive Live Well experience. Verify member and guest identities, activations, reservations, and ensure compliance with Boca West policies for all Live Well events.
· Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management. Assist with preparing documents and reports as needed.

· This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
