Position Overview:
Bodega Style is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability to work with various personalities and opinions while crafting engaging content.
The ideal candidate is skilled in video editing, graphic design, and audience engagement while being strategic in social media ad management and influencer collaborations. They must be comfortable directing and coaching on-camera talent to ensure high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and publish engaging content (videos, graphics, and copy) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Engagement & Growth: Implement strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness through organic and paid content.
- Video Production & Editing: Direct and coach on-camera talent to ensure engaging, high-quality content. Edit videos for social media, maintaining an authentic and dynamic brand aesthetic.
- Graphic Design & Branding: Create on-brand graphics and visuals as needed for social media posts and marketing campaigns.
- Ad Campaign Management: Manage paid social media ads, track performance, and provide insights to improve ROI.
- Influencer & Collaboration Outreach: Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand reach and engagement.
- Talent Coaching: Work with team members and other personalities to make them comfortable on camera and bring out their natural presence.
- Accept & Adapt to Feedback: Be open to multiple perspectives and adjust content strategies accordingly while maintaining a cohesive brand vision.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags to build a strong, interactive community.
- Performance Reporting: Track key social media metrics, analyze trends, and present findings with recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement.
- Strong video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools for video and graphic editing.
- Experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable directing team members on camera and working with diverse personalities.
- Ability to accept and integrate feedback from multiple perspectives.
- Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management.
- Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data and optimize content strategy based on performance.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
