What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Manager and Content Creator position at Progressive Property Management?
We are Progressive Management - a fast growing real estate company that handles Real Estate Sales, Escrows, Property Management, and Association Management.
We have grown 40% year over year, now with 22 in-office employees, 16 remote employees, and 35 team members who work as property managers, association managers, and realtors.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to assist in the following roles:
- Create social media accounts and manage content
- Create social media content such as: videos of new team members, client success stories, agent/manager/employee stories, new HOA or Property videos for website/content, shooting and editing videos for website content, etc.
- Linking different social media channels and website channels together
- Possibly, testing and managing advertising landing pages for Paid Advertising if knowledgeable in this area.
- Other pertinent tasks
This is a flexible position, open to part-time, full-time, or contract work depending on applicants desire. Would require spending at least half of your employed time in office and half eligible for remote work.
If employed as full-time employee: 75% of medical is covered, 100% of dental is covered, 401k matching, Friday free lunch, Friday free car wash.
