Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Airstream Supervisor to oversee all operations of our Airstream food trucks. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality food service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and keeping operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the Airstream food trucks operate efficiently, meeting service, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Cashiering & Order Taking: Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately, processing payments, and handling transactions efficiently.
- Cooking & Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards, ensuring food safety and quality.
- Staff Supervision & Scheduling: Manage and schedule Airstream food truck staff, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operations.
- Inventory & Food Orders: Monitor inventory levels, place food orders, and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
- Food Prep & Organization: Oversee daily food preparation and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation regulations are met and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Experience: Uphold excellent customer service standards, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Food Handlers Manager Certificate (or ability to obtain).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience handling cash registers and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
