Manages and oversees the overall financial modeling of multi-million-dollar real estate outsourcing initiatives, including organizational modeling, labor estimates, overhead, operational expenditure budgeting, fee analysis, benchmarking, and other financial analytics. Participates in introductory meetings, proposals, and contract discussions with clients. Drives the company's client engagement and business development initiatives throughout the region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for, and fully owns and leads, price modeling, operating budgets, staffing models, and labor expenses for mid- to large-scale real estate outsourcing endeavors.
- Oversees the development of a wide range of tailored, professional-quality marketing materials for new business and contract renewals (most typically written proposals, RFP replies, and graphical presentations).
- Participates in client-facing meetings for the purposes of cultivation and business development.
- Develops and manages intranet site(s) in collaboration with internal colleagues to ensure ongoing evolution.
- Contributes to regional important client workshop agendas, attends and circulates high-level minutes, and manages follow-up.
- Manages the collection and reporting of financial or billing information from business lines.
- Develops good working connections with subject matter experts at the functional and account management levels within the organization.
- Participates in the project management of major customer plans and handles updates.
- Coordination and task assignment to coworkers and subject matter experts working in a business pursuit project.
- Assists with the implementation of the client connections internal communications plan to promote regional initiatives, collaborating with the Graphic Design team as needed.

Minimum Requirements.
Education/Training:
Required:
- Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of fifteen (15 ) years management experience, preferably in IFM industry.
- Minimum of prior five (5) years managing at least $10m of annual revenue.
- Must have understanding of P&L statements.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Working knowledge of OSHA and preference for OSHA 30 certification.
Other Requirements:
Required:
• Proficient in MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and other assorted business software.
• Must have prior union negotiation experience with IUOE and service trades.
• Must have working knowledge of industry leading CMMS programs.
• Must be able to develop and deliver presentations to senior executives, clients, and large groups with strong oral and written presentation.
• Able to travel for business as needed (approximately 15-20%).
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
