Job Description:
Bodey Insurance is looking for motivated detail oriented individuals eager to learn and develop relationships with clients and staff members. Excellent communication skills are required, with an ability to work with others in satisfying client’s insurance needs. Applicants can expect to learn the daily processes of an insurance agency starting with the most basic and building upon real life experiences to take on more complex responsibilities. The applicant will be directly trained by the office manager, and will be expected to carry a professional appearance and demeaner.
Qualifications:
· Licensed Property and Casualty Preferred but not required
· 2 years insurance servicing experience preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
· Ability to work during the office hours of 9-5 Monday- Friday
· Customer Service Experience required with experience in office administration preferred
· Required ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
· Required Attention to detail (Clients trust us to insure their most valued assets and Possessions)
· Outgoing Personality with ABILITY TO PROPERLY AND POLITELY COMMUNICATE WITH OTHERS

An Average Day would include the following Responsibilities:
· Greeting Customers as they walk in the door to make them feel welcome
· Opening and Closing down of office. Arrive to office slightly prior to 9:00 am to open door, have lights on, and computer up and running for opening.
· Answering Phone calls and taking down detailed messages to send via management system to fellow CSRs and Agents
· Processing of Certificates of Insurance for Commercial Clients
· Accurately receiving and processing of payments. Including answering client questions on billing processes.
· Accurately receiving, Processing, and handling of mail
· **** Agency File Maintenance & Call Logs completed through paperless agency management system. ****
