Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive customer experience.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and maintain cost-effective practices.
- Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of baristas and other staff. Provide training to help staff grow and succeed.
- Cash Management: Handle cash register, reconcile daily sales, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high standard of customer service, building relationships with customers and addressing concerns promptly.
- Business Growth: Contribute to the growth of the business by implementing new ideas, marketing efforts, and community outreach.
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience, preferably in a coffee shop or food service setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Passion for great coffee and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team, ensuring each staff member has the tools and support to succeed.
- Basic financial knowledge, including cash management and inventory control.
- Must be flexible, reliable, and eager to contribute to the success of the business.
