Partner or Associate Attorney – Exempt Organizations

We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in advising nonprofit organizations. The ideal candidate is hard-working, motivated, and has a strong interest in the nonprofit sector. Key Responsibilities This is a unique opportunity that will permit you to focus your practice on mission-driven clients that are making a positive impact in the community. We have a thriving practice advising all types of nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, and our work includes applications for tax exemption, drafting organizational documents and operating policies, advising clients on governance, negotiating contractual matters, legal research and advice on nonprofit tax compliance as well as PRIs. Experience with political organizations and federal grants is a plus but not required.
