Bodum is seeking for a Sourcing Developer (F/M) for North America, to build up a sourcing network and structure in North America with focus on United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead North American sourcing of suppliers to ensure delivery, at the best price possible for North American market.
- Responsible start and develop selected suppliers based on set goals in terms of capacity, quality and price.
- Good communicator and report to head office of Bodum.
- Handle product cost evaluation & perform feasibility study to ensure products and capacity meet Bodum requirements
- Strong work ethic and motivation.
- Thrive in a fast paced, fast changing and dynamic environment.
- Enjoy taking initiative and responsibility while building strong relationships across business units within Bodum.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of supplier base in plastic sector.
- Preferably knowledge of metal base in addition.
- Good skills in negotiation process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion to deliver excellent customer service.
