BFT West Frisco is looking for a driven and outgoing Sales Manager to grow our community and drive membership sales. We are a strength and conditioning studio offering high-energy group training, and we need someone who can lead outreach efforts, convert prospects into members, and manage the sales process from start to finish.

This role is 85% sales-focused, meaning you’ll be actively prospecting, following up, and closing deals every single day. The remaining 15% involves supporting studio operations, training staff on sales processes, and ensuring a seamless member experience.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative—this is not a role where you sit back and wait for leads to come in. The right candidate will be proactive, comfortable talking to people, and driven by results.

Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation (85%)
  • Generate leads, follow up, and close sales daily
  • Make daily outbound calls to prospects, trial participants, and past leads to drive conversions
  • Meet required call volume and follow-up KPIs to ensure strong pipeline management
  • Convert trial participants into full-paying members
  • Manage and drive two key revenue streams: memberships and retail
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to hit (and exceed) monthly goals
  • Develop and maintain local marketing efforts, including partnerships and referral programs
Studio Operations & Team Collaboration (15%)
  • Train and mentor staff on sales processes when needed
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for every prospective and current member
  • Support staff in maintaining studio operations and best practices
Requirements
  • 2 years of fitness membership sales experience or similar recurring membership services
  • Comfortable making daily calls and follow-ups to meet KPIs
  • A proactive and goal-driven approach to sales
  • Proven ability to generate personal sales and coach others on sales techniques
  • Outgoing and confident in building relationships and handling objections
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with management
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Passion for fitness and helping people improve their lives
