What You’ll Do:Sales and Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate leads through community outreach, partnerships, and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective members via phone, email, and text to build relationships and close sales.
- Utilize in-studio interactions to educate walk-ins and trial participants on BFT memberships, promotions, and benefits.
- Masterfully overcome objections with confidence and finesse, helping prospects see the value of investing in their fitness journey.
Drive Membership Growth:
- Hit and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into committed members.
- Track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
- Stay updated on studio promotions and initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
Member Experience:
- Be a welcoming presence in the studio, ensuring every visitor feels valued and inspired to join the BFT community.
- Collaborate with coaches and staff to create a seamless and engaging studio experience.
- Assist in planning and executing in-studio events, pop-ups, and community outreach efforts to generate buzz and attract leads.
Studio Operations:
- Maintain a polished and professional studio environment that reflects the BFT brand.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including check-ins, scheduling, and answering inquiries.

- Availability for early morning shifts (starting at 4:30 AM) and flexibility to support studio events.
- Must live within a 25-minute commute to the studio (closer is preferred).
