What You’ll Do
The Regional General Manager will be responsible for leading operations, sales, and team development across three locations. This role requires someone who excels at both people leadership and business strategy, ensuring each studio delivers an exceptional experience for members while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of three Pure Barre studios, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of the business.
- Lead, train, and develop high-performing teams, including sales staff, studio managers, and instructors.
- Drive membership and retail sales, setting and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Develop and implement grassroots marketing initiatives and community engagement strategies.
- Work closely with Lead Teachers to ensure a well-structured class schedule and studio events calendar.
- Handle member relations, including retention efforts, cancellations, and feedback management.
- Create and manage membership referral programs to drive new leads.
- Track and analyze key business metrics, including attendance reports, revenue trends, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with vendors to maintain retail inventory and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Manage studio promotions, including networking events and social media engagement.
- Ensure a positive, welcoming, and motivating environment across all studio locations.
Who You Are
This role is ideal for a natural leader and problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, a strong background in sales and operations, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in fitness sales or a related industry with a proven track record of success.
- Experience managing multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
- Previous multi-location management or supervisory experience is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, data management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- Proficiency in gym management software, QuickBooks, Canva, and point-of-sale systems.
- A passion for fitness and the Pure Barre brand.
- College degree preferred.
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with occasional travel to California for training (which may also be virtual).
