Overview: Body Helix, a leading provider of high-quality therapeutic products, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pick, Pack, and Ship Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for order fulfillment from our eCommerce store, answering customer service inquiries related to orders, managing inventory, and processing returns. This is an essential position that supports the daily operations of our online retail business, ensuring customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring all items are in good condition and properly packed.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding order status, tracking information, and product returns, providing a high level of customer support.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and updating product availability in the system.
- Returns Processing: Manage product returns, including inspecting returned items, issuing refunds or exchanges, and updating inventory records as necessary.
- Shipping Coordination: Utilize Shopify, ShipStation, and/or Amazon Seller Central to generate shipping labels, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain Workspace: Keep the shipping area organized, clean, and efficient to optimize workflow and maintain safety standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with eCommerce Platforms: Knowledge of Shopify, ShipStation, or Amazon Seller Central is required for managing orders and shipping processes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to carefully and accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring that all items are correct and properly labeled.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong written communication skills to professionally respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Inventory Management: Basic understanding of inventory processes and attention to detail in tracking stock levels.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks, such as standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, shipping, or warehouse settings.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices.
