Responsibilities and Requirements:• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure successful conversion rates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• At least one year of experience in inside sales, preferably in a business-to-customer environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Competitive base salary of $16-20 per hour
• Bonus/Commission Structure that rewards annualized pay well past $50,000
• Paid time off
