As an integral part of the leadership team, the Studio Manager will directly oversee the daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service.

The Studio Manager works directly with Owner in support of studio operations and profitabilityDemonstrate leadership by providing for the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and CoachesResponsible for achieving top-tier studio performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenanceAttend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate WebinarsEnsure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budgetHost weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and CoachPlan and promote special events for the studio monthlyPromote the studio and brand through social media efforts by directing staff to participate in campaignsResponsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally soundQualifications
1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industryMinimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenueBODY20
