What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Studio Manager position at Engaging Talent LLC?
A confection business is looking for a Packaging Studio Manager. The right candidate has 5 years or more of managing packaging timelines, process and tracking systems for the Packaging Design team of 5 plus freelancers. Report directly in to the Creative Director. Be responsible for keeping projects on time and on budget, and also being able to have a 360 view of where projects are in the system, and whether extra help is warranted. Knowledge of software tracking systems required.
Responsibilities
*Oversee work from beginning to hand-off to Production
*Manage process, project management, budgets, and assignments.
*Track progress on multiple SKUs on Multiple projects
Qualifications
*Specific experience managing food and/or Bev packaging.
*Excellent Communication, Organizational and people skills.
*Able to work under pressure, independently and be a problem solver.
