What You'll Do

As the

Studio Manager , you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing studio operations, and creating a welcoming, high-energy environment where members feel valued and supported. Key responsibilities include :

Sales & Business Growth

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through

strong sales and retention strategiesImplement BODYBAR's proven sales process to maximize membership growthBuild relationships with members to increase loyalty and

drive referralsGenerate leads through

grassroots marketing, networking, and community eventsMaintain membership pricing integrity while ensuring all dues are collectedLeadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, schedule, and

motivate

a high-performing sales teamEvaluate staff performance and provide

coaching for continuous improvementCultivate a

positive, team-oriented

culture aligned with BODYBAR's missionStudio Operations & Member Experience

Ensure

clean, organized, and fully stocked

studios that meet BODYBAR brand standardsManage retail inventory and coordinate with vendorsOversee scheduling, payroll, and administrative operationsEngage with members

before and after class

to build strong relationshipsEnforce all policies and procedures to maintain a smooth-running studioInstruct 2-5 classes per weekWho You Are

2 years of experience in sales, retail, service, or fitness managementProven track record of

achieving and exceeding sales goalsExperience with

community outreach, partnerships, and eventsStrong communication skills (in person, via phone, and email)Proficient with client management software (or quick to learn)Professional, reliable, and adaptableInstructing experience preferred

Compensation : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
