- Two shifts are available. The weekend schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with hours of 5:00 am-5:00 pm or 5:00 pm-5:00 am.

- Performs set-up procedures for brazing customer parts per specifications.
- Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.
- Must work in a manner consistent with the EMS.
- Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
- This position is responsible for the care and treatment of our customer’s inventory and as such will perform duties safely and responsibly to prevent customer loss or damage.
- Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co-workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
- Brazing experience is a plus.
- Must be able to read and follow blueprints/specifications.
- Must be able to wear safety equipment as required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of computer applications including Microsoft Office and databases is required.
- Candidates will need to train in the Cincinnati location for 3-4 months before full-time in Fairfield.
This position requires the following physical and mental demands consisting of, but not limited to the following:
- Must be able to work in a sitting position for extended periods in an office/industrial environment.
- Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions.
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop, climb, twist, and reach to perform functions.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, humidity, etc.
- Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
- Ability to hear in person and via phone.
