Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead our HR department. This full-time role is essential in ensuring our clinic attracts, hires, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
The HR Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team, Administrative Director, and other executives to support and drive the clinic's expansion and employee
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract qualified and ethical candidates.
- Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes to ensure employees are fully integrated and prepared to succeed in their roles.
- Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive workplace culture, boost morale, and ensure employee well-being.
- Attendance & Scheduling: Monitor attendance and scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
- Employee Benefits: Administer and manage employee benefits, ensuring they align with company goals and employee needs.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training programs for new and existing employees, promoting continuous professional growth.
- Performance Management: Address employee discipline, resolve conflicts, and provide constructive feedback to ensure productivity.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze HR statistics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Leadership: Supervise the HR team and collaborate with executives to align HR initiatives with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a Human Resources managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and administrative technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Medical industry experience is a plus but not required.
