BodyHealth is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales operations Specialist to support our VP of Professional & Wellness Solutions and oversee key administrative and sales functions ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves sales order processing, marketing calendar management, customer service support, vendor communications, and inventory monitoring. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Order Support
Pull and distribute Open Sales Order reports, ensuring pending orders are processed.
Monitor and complete Fullscript requests, including order processing, shipping errors, and product updates.
Assist sales reps with customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and order tracking.
Manage trade show logistics, ensuring booth fees, travel, and materials are coordinated.
Maintain and update sales materials (product sheets, brochures, promotions).
Compile weekly KPIs and performance reports for the sales team.
Marketing & Communications
Schedule and verify marketing emails (Klaviyo) for LifeWorks Nutritionals and BodyHealth.
Proofread and upload content for the Health Coaching Platform (LightSpeed).
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Ensure vendor invoices align with purchase orders and sales orders for billing reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels and act as the liaison between inventory planning and the sales team.
Administrative & Project Management
Attend and document key meetings, track action items, and follow up on progress.
Maintain documentation and organize shared company resources.
Track project timelines, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely execution.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 3 years in operations, marketing, sales support, or a similar role.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM systems, Klaviyo, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organization : Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Problem-Solving : Proactive in identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
Collaboration : Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, inventory, and leadership teams.
Travel :
May be required to travel to trade shows and / or conferences
