G & J Marketing and Sales is a National Food Broker specializing in vending, office coffee and micro markets. An industry leader with a sales force of over 25, the company represents 30 plus manufacturers and sells to a broad base of operators, distributors, and national accounts.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist with experience in Azure SQL Server and Azure Cloud. This role involves troubleshooting IT issues, managing cloud services, and supporting end-users with technical challenges. The ideal candidate should also have helpdesk, service desk, and server administration experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & maintain Azure SQL Server databases and Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• Assist with basic T-SQL queries and scripting for database management.
• Provide helpdesk and service desk support, troubleshooting IT issues for end-users.
• Perform Windows Server administration tasks, including monitoring, updates, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure efficient operations of cloud and on-premise systems.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure SQL Server and Azure Cloud services (required).
• Basic T-SQL knowledge for database queries and administration.
• Helpdesk/service desk experience (ticket management, end-user support).
• Junior-level Windows Server administration experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Familiarity with GitHub and Git-Bash.
• Knowledge of Telerik Reporting (preferred but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
